Why is the minimum 3 kg per flavour?
Bulk orders are made fresh on confirmation in our Saidapet kitchen. 3 kg per flavour is the minimum batch that's efficient to produce while keeping the per-kg rate the same as larger orders. Smaller quantities are available as 450g / 900g retail packs.
Can I mix flavours under one 3 kg order?
Each bulk SKU is single-flavour. To get multiple flavours, place each as its own line item — for example, 3 kg Mango + 3 kg 7 Dry Fruits = 6 kg total in one checkout. The 'Try another flavour' chips below the Add to Cart button make this quick.
What's the lead time?
Standard turnaround: 24–48 hours for orders up to 20 kg, dispatched after confirmation. Orders above 20 kg may need an additional day — we always confirm the dispatch date in writing before payment.
How is the GST invoice handled?
Every bulk order ships with a proper GST invoice. GSTIN: 33AAHCT0489L1ZZ. Invoice is emailed before dispatch and a printed copy travels with the consignment.
Do you do custom-branded packaging for client gifting?

Do you deliver bulk orders outside Chennai?

How long do the laddus stay fresh?
45 days from the packing date when stored in a cool, dry place. Each box has the packed-on and best-before dates printed clearly.
